my dinner! roughly 330 for all of this!
healthy stuffed pepper slices (under recipe section on my page!)
1. sauteed red pepper slices
2. in another pan heat up some pasta sauce with meat (1/2 cup) ( i used lean ground turkey, i always keep some sort of pasta sauce in the fridge), organic corn(1/4 cup)and organic black beans (1/4 cup)
3. place the peppers on plate and spoon a little bit of the mixture on each piece.
4. ENJOY!
