Anonymous asked: I looked at the charts you link to on your faq page about this question, but I wanted to clarify, hope that's okay...I already have very bulky calf and thigh muscles from the way I used to exercise, and now I want to make the muscles themselves slimmer? Does that make sense? I feel like those charts cater more towards people who don't already have muscle, so I was wondering if the same ideas would apply, or if I'd have to do something different to slim down muscle that's already there?
